Charlie was great. He answered all of my questions immediately. The firewood was delivered on time and neatly stacked in our backyard where we requested. We had our first fire with Charlie's wood last weekend. Because it is kiln dried it is less smokey and seemed to burn longer than other types of wood that we've gotten in the past. We will definitely use Northbound again!

We use firewood all year round for outdoor summer fires and winter fires in our fireplace, so we go through a lot of wood! Charlie made the process seamless — amazing communication, worked around our timeframe for delivery, and he even neatly stacked it for us. The wood is perfectly dry and clean so it burns with minimal smoke which is great.
